HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The orders once placed will take 3-12 working days to arrive. We provide standard shipping services pan India, however, we also provide expedited shipping services at an additional cost. Within Bangalore, we offer same-day delivery for orders.

DO THE BOXES COME WITH A NOTE?

Yes, the box comes with a note. All you need to do is share your message with us and we'll handle the rest. The message will be handwritten on the note card in the most sophisticated way packed with the box.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We try to offer the best possible quality of products to our customers and the majority of them leave satisfied. However, in case you find any issues with the product you have received feel free to refer to the return and refund policy placed to cater to such situations.

IF I CHANGE MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once the order is placed it is not possible to cancel it. Cancellation is not available. However, once you have received it and then you find any issues with the product, refer to the return and refund in that case.
